MOSAIC: 2019 Results

The year we have just left behind has been very demanding and full of satisfactions for Mosaic!
The performances in 2019 have been incredibly satisfying! The total turnover increased by 23.3% compared to the previous year. All other indicators are equally satisfactory, in particular a solid customer base and a turnover per consultant that grew by 16.7%.
The growth remains stable both on the Italian market and on the foreign market. Benelux and UK are the main foreign markets, the first almost doubled in volumes thanks also to the opening of the Amsterdam office at the end of 2018 and the consolidation of strong local partnerships.
“Committed to your success”
50% of the volumes was generated by customers who have chosen Mosaic for more than 5 years, marking a 35% increase compared to 2018.
These results are really important in term of customer satisfaction: our customers are choosing everyday Mosaic in order to achieve their targets, improving their decision making and data analytics processes.
Excellent results also come from the new acquisitions which marked a + 14% of the consulting turnover.
